RTS is an OfCom accredited Communications Provider and provides telephone services ranging from PSTN lines through to fully managed PBX systems with call centre and VoIP capabilities. Our private networks can be used to carry voice traffic and to connect company-wide telephone services, providing free calls between company offices.
We have considerable experience in the difficulties experienced by multi-site operators when carrying out large scale rollouts of lines – lines being installed in the exchange but not at site, appointments being cancelled, lines being installed in the wrong location – on a number of occasions we have addressed these issues on our customers’ behalf by taking over the direct contact with BT and with the outlets to co-ordinate the installations. With Communications Provider status we have direct access to BT Openreach, the BT engineering resources who actually schedule and carry out these installations.
We are also able to provide lines and broadband connections at the same time, reducing the lead time for new services. Broadband lines can be provided with outgoing calls barred (OCB) if required so that the line is solely for broadband use, or limited to specified types of calls.
